This Sound Healing Class is for anyone who desires to:

- Discover the power of your voice and intention using vocal tones, mantras, and affirmations for centering, healing and manifesting
- Learn about the origin & history of ancient sound healing and the modern development of quartz crystal singing bowls
- Learn how to care for your crystal sound bowls
During the class, you will also enjoy a very special Sound Healing Meditation created and performed specifically for your class. A class manual and sound bowls will be provided. You will also be able to purchase crystal signing bowls to take home. This is a curated selection of high quality crystal bowls specifically selected by Lisa Foresman, as well as sound healing accessories such as suede and silicon mallets and carrying bags. There are no prerequisites, just a simple desire to learn about sound healing with quartz crystal singing bowls.
