About Kevin & Lisa Foresman
Enlumnia® Energetic Health and Wellness provides mindful energy healing services and wellness classes in Dallas, TX as well as through virtual sessions and classes online. Enlumnia was founded by Reiki Master and Hypnotist Kevin Foresman. Reiki Master and LMT Lisa Foresman is an ongoing co-creator of Enlumnia as we evolve, expand and develop. Together they provide energy healing in many modalities, including Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Reconnective Healing, Holographic Sound Healing, Past Life Regression and Spirit Contact Therapy. They also facilitate classes in Reiki at all levels, Past Life Regression workshops, Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls, Journey through the Seven Chakras and the art of using Pendulums.
Kevin and Lisa established Enlumnia as a healing beacon of light, energy and possibility. Kevin created the name Enlumnia, which means “a conscious realization of enlightenment and illumination.” The mission of Enlumnia is to present the power and wisdom of these healing traditions in a modern, practical manner without dogma or superstition. Their goals is to help their clients heal naturally, and to teach their students to self heal, overcome dis-ease, release trauma and personal obstacles, and become mindful participants in raising the consciousness of our planet.

Lisa Foresman is a highly experienced intuitive Reiki Master Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, Holographic Sound Healer, Soul Purpose Coach and Co-Founder of Enlumnia with her husband Kevin Foresman. She has gained valuable professional experience in the massage, health and wellness, and medical industry since 1998. Within this time she has attained a deep understanding and appreciation for both Western medicine and Eastern mind and body healing practices. She believes that the healer is within each individual person and that the most important journey in this lifetime is the deep knowing and care of one’s own body, mind and spirit. As a massage therapist and Reiki Master, she helps her clients know themselves better through bodywork and energy work, providing the healing that is needed for their highest good. At Enlumnia, it is her commitment to support and guide her clients in their healing and spiritual growth so they can live their heart’s highest truth embodying inner peace, love, joy and wisdom. Lisa is also a talented multi-instrumentalist, musician, singer, songwriter and producer.
