RECORDING, MEDIA & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

This Recording, Media & Testimonial Release applies to clients, students, participants, interview subjects, and other individuals participating in Enlumnia® sessions, services, classes, programs, consultations, interviews, events, or related activities.

By accepting this Release, I authorize the recording and use of material described below.

Recording Consent

I authorize Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman to record me and my participation in Enlumnia services in whole or in part through audio recording, video recording, photography, screen recording, Zoom recording, FaceTime, Google Meet,  telephone recording, transcription, or similar technologies.

This authorization applies to all current and future Enlumnia sessions, services, modalities, methods, programs, classes, trainings, consultations, readings, regressions, research activities, events, technologies, experiences, remote services, mobile services, communications, and related activities.

Recordings and resulting materials are authorized for retention, processing, review, editing, transcription, analysis, reproduction, and use for the purposes described in this Release.

Media, Educational and Promotional Rights

I authorize Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, edit, excerpt, adapt, format, caption, combine, and create derivative works from my:

• Name

• First name or initials

• Image

• Likeness

• Photograph

• Video

• Voice

• Audio recording

• Statements

• Written comments

• Testimonial

• Session excerpts

• Transcript excerpts

• Personal story

• Interview material

• Class or training participation

• Other recorded or submitted material

This authorization includes use for:

• Enlumnia education and training

• Practitioner and student education

• Enlumnia Academy

• Courses and workshops

• Research and development

• Pattern analysis

• New modality development

• Product and service development

• Books and articles

• Nonfiction works

• Educational works

• Artistic and fictional works

• Podcasts

• Social media

• Websites

• Advertising

• Marketing

• Publicity

• Promotional materials

• Video productions

• Film productions

• Presentations

• Digital media

• Print media

• Internal business use

• Professional development

• Other Enlumnia business, educational, research, creative, and media purposes

Research, Education, Creative and Media Use

I authorize Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman to use recordings, transcripts, images, statements, observations, experiences, session material, and related information for educational, training, research, development, creative, media, and business purposes.

This includes practitioner and student training; development and improvement of healing modalities, methods, technologies, products, and services; research and pattern analysis; books and articles; nonfiction and educational works; podcasts; social media; videos; films; courses; presentations; marketing; advertising; promotional materials; and development of new Enlumnia programs, services, products, technologies, and related projects.

Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman are authorized to use non-identifying themes, concepts, patterns, experiences, insights, observations, ideas, and other de-identified material derived from sessions, recordings, transcripts, classes, communications, or other interactions as background, research, inspiration, source material, or creative development for educational, nonfiction, artistic, literary, fictional, video, film, audio, research, and other works.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

I authorize Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman to use artificial intelligence and automated software tools in connection with authorized materials for:

• Transcription

• Summarization

• Organization

• Analysis

• Pattern identification

• Editing

• Research

• Course development

• Educational development

• Content development

• Audio production

• Video production

• Media production

• Creative development

• Administrative and business purposes

Editing and Production

Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman are authorized to edit, shorten, excerpt, format, caption, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, combine, adapt, or otherwise produce authorized materials.

Enlumnia will not intentionally edit material in a manner that materially misrepresents the substance of a participant’s statements or experience.

Confidentiality

I understand that sessions involving regression, coaching, spiritual work, healing, personal development, or related services can contain private or sensitive information.

Enlumnia will use reasonable judgment regarding disclosure of confidential identifying information.

Non-identifying themes, patterns, concepts, experiences, observations, insights, and de-identified material are authorized for use for the purposes described in this Release.

Identifying material is authorized for use under this Release.

Compensation

Unless separately agreed in writing, I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, residuals, licensing fees, or other compensation for uses authorized by this Release.

Ownership

Enlumnia owns the edited recordings, media productions, transcripts, graphics, publications, course materials, videos, audio productions, derivative works, and other materials created by Enlumnia from content authorized under this Release.

Release of Approval Rights

I understand that acceptance of this Release constitutes my authorization for the uses described above and that Enlumnia is not required to obtain additional approval from me for each individual authorized use.
