These Terms & Conditions govern use of Enlumnia.com and the purchase or participation in Enlumnia® services, sessions, classes, programs, courses, events, and related offerings.

By using this website, booking a service, purchasing a product or program, enrolling in training, or otherwise engaging Enlumnia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Enlumnia provides complementary wellness, spiritual, energetic, intuitive, metaphysical, consciousness-based, educational, coaching, regression, meditation, sound, personal-development, research, training, and related services, modalities, methods, programs, experiences, technologies, and creative offerings. These include current services and any future services, modalities, methods, programs, products, technologies, or experiences developed, created, taught, facilitated, or offered by Enlumnia.

Examples include Reiki, Quantum Healing, Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, Future Progression, Spirit Contact, Space Cleansing, Sound Healing, meditation, mindfulness, intuitive and spiritual readings, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology, spiritual coaching, SpiritSynch, Living Presence, classes, workshops, certifications, training, remote services, mobile services, and related services.

Wellness and Educational Nature of Services

Enlumnia services are complementary wellness, spiritual, educational, and personal-development practices.

Enlumnia services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed healthcare.

Clients should seek appropriate licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care when needed.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in Enlumnia services is voluntary.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, health, wellbeing, actions, and interpretation of information or experiences received during sessions, classes, readings, coaching, or programs.

No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.

Past Life Regression and Related Experiences

Past Life Regression and related services can involve memories, imagery, emotions, impressions, symbolic experiences, intuitive information, altered states of awareness, or other subjective experiences.

Enlumnia does not represent that every experience, image, memory, impression, or perceived past-life event can be historically or independently verified.

Eligibility

Purchasers and participants must generally be at least 18 years old.

Services for minors require prior approval and appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Scheduling

Appointments and classes are subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving or logging in at the scheduled time.

Late arrival can reduce available session time.

Payments

Payment is due according to the price and payment terms displayed at booking or checkout.

Prices can change at any time for future purchases.

Cancellation, Refunds and Credits

All purchases are final. Enlumnia does not issue refunds.

When permitted under the Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy, Enlumnia may provide a service credit.

All credits expire six months from the date issued.

Packages and Programs

Packages, training programs, coaching programs, certifications, and bundled services are purchased as complete offerings.

Stopping participation or failing to complete a program does not create a right to a refund.

Online Courses and Digital Content

Purchase of Enlumnia digital content, courses, recordings, manuals, or educational materials provides a limited, personal, non-transferable license for the purchaser’s own use unless otherwise stated.

Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual Property

Enlumnia website content, written materials, manuals, course materials, videos, audio recordings, meditations, exercises, graphics, photographs, training methods, branding, logos, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Materials cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold, uploaded, publicly displayed, taught, licensed, or commercially used without written authorization from Enlumnia.

Recordings

Enlumnia sessions, classes, programs, consultations, Zoom meetings, regressions, readings, coaching sessions, healing sessions, training programs, remote services, mobile services, telephone communications, and related interactions are subject to recording, transcription, photography, or other documentation.

Participation requires acceptance of the Enlumnia Recording, Media & Testimonial Release, which governs recording and authorized use of that material.

Artificial Intelligence

Enlumnia uses artificial intelligence and automated software tools for transcription, editing, summarization, administrative support, content creation, course development, media production, research, and related legitimate business purposes as described in the Privacy Policy and Recording, Media & Testimonial Release.

SMS and Electronic Communications

Enlumnia sends appointment, service, transactional, email, and SMS communications where appropriate.

Marketing or promotional SMS communications require appropriate consent.

Third-Party Services

Enlumnia uses third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, email, SMS, video conferencing, courses, analytics, hosting, media production, transcription, artificial intelligence, and other business operations.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, or descriptions of experiences do not constitute guarantees that another person will experience the same result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enlumnia and Kevin Foresman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, participation in services, or reliance upon educational or wellness information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Force Majeure

Enlumnia is not responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption, or inability to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, illness, emergency, government action, power failure, internet failure, platform outages, transportation disruption, or similar events.

Disputes

Clients should contact Enlumnia promptly regarding billing, scheduling, service, or transaction concerns.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
