CANCELLATION, REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
Last Updated: July 18, 2025
Refund Policy – No Refunds
All purchases are final. Enlumnia does not issue refunds.
This applies to sessions, classes, workshops, programs, packages, training, digital products, courses, events, and other Enlumnia services unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Credits
When Enlumnia approves a credit, the credit can be applied toward another eligible Enlumnia service, class, or program.
All credits expire six months from the date issued.
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Are not refundable
• Are not transferable unless Enlumnia approves the transfer in writing
• Must be used before the six-month expiration date
Appointments
Clients who need to reschedule should provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled appointment.
Enlumnia may determine whether a missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointment qualifies for credit.
Classes and Workshops
Class and workshop registrations are non-refundable.
If a participant cannot attend, Enlumnia may provide a credit toward another eligible offering.
Any such credit expires six months from the date issued.
Packages and Programs
Packages, coaching programs, certifications, training programs, and bundled services are sold as complete programs.
Once purchased, they are non-refundable.
Stopping participation early, failing to attend, or choosing not to complete the program does not create a right to a refund.
Enlumnia may, at its discretion, provide a credit valid for six months.
Digital Courses and Materials
Digital courses, downloadable materials, recordings, manuals, online training, and other digital products are non-refundable once purchased or access has been provided.
Services Cancelled by Enlumnia
If Enlumnia cancels a session, class, program, or event, Enlumnia may reschedule the service or issue an Enlumnia credit.
No cash refund will be issued.
Any credit issued will be valid for six months from the date issued.
Travel and Third-Party Expenses
Enlumnia is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, lost income, or other expenses incurred in connection with an appointment, class, event, or program.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Enlumnia directly regarding any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Enlumnia reserves the right to provide transaction records, policy acceptance records, communications, attendance records, service documentation, and other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
