Clients and participants authorize this recording and the uses described in the Recording, Media & Testimonial Release by accepting that Release.

Authorized material is used for documentation, practitioner review, training, education, research, development, pattern analysis, course development, publications, creative work, media production, advertising, marketing, promotional content, website content, social media, podcasts, video, film, and other purposes described in the Release.

Sensitive and Personal Information
